Refund policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery
****Returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size or color. Please refer to the size chart for each product.
We offer free replacement or a refund in cases of a damaged product or a manufacturing error. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (No fragrances such as perfume or cigarettes) You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number)
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. We try our hardest to catch defective items before they ship, but if we missed something and you found a problem with your product, please snap a photo of the issue and email it to us. Once received, we will let you know how we will best resolve the issue.
To start a return, contact us at sales@tuttoclothingco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Tutto Clothing Co. does not cover the cost to mail back your return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Items sent back to us that are outside our return window, not in original condition, or ineligible for return/exchange will not receive a refund/exchange. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
